Sales team assistant (Full time)


The challenge:

Triumph is going through exciting times and we are now looking for our Sales Team Assistant in Espergærde, Denmark. Per 1 January 2018 we are moving to a new office location in Vedbæk. The role:

The purpose of this position is to provide direct and ongoing support to the Triumph Wholesale team as well as the Strategic Accounts sales team in Scandinavia, Benelux, UK and Ireland. You will support the teams through performance of administrative, clerical, and customer service related duties and not one day will be the same. You will be exposed to the Senior Leaders within the Sales Operations Department based at Triumph across Europe. You will also be working with many different departments including marketing, customer service, brand and Sales.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sorting and distributing incoming post as well as organizing and sending outgoing post
  • Dealing with incoming emails
  • Creating and maintaining filing systems
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests
  • Arranging travel incl. visas, flights, cars, accommodation and handling appropriate expense reports
  • Booking rooms and conference facilities and arranging in-house and external meetings, workshops and events
  • Scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes if needed
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and staff in other departments
  • Producing reports and presentations
  • Track local execution of European Sales Calendar
  • Administrate local sales budgets (e.g. coop marketing)
  • Support local HR with sales provision calculations
  • Organize shipment of sales tools (e.g. folder, POS material, etc.) to sales team and customer


Your ideal profile:

  • English – fluent, and Swedish or Danish or Norwegian - fluent – both spoken and written
  • 2+ years’ sales support experience in a comparable position, preferably in an international environment
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • IT-literate
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to details and deadlines
  • High customer service orientation
