Our Sales Department in Denmark is looking for a highly motivated

Sales team assistant (Full time)

based in Espergaerde, Denmark


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Customer service to Norwegian customers
  • Sales/Key Account assistant for Norwegian key accounts – order management, management of the sales inbox etc.
  • Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post
  • Creating and maintaining filing systems
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests
  • Arranging travel incl. visas, flights, cars, accommodation and handling appropriate expense reports
  • Booking rooms and conference facilities and arranging in-house and external meetings, workshops and events
  • Scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other departments
  • Creating reports and presentations
  • Tracking local execution of European Sales Calendar
  • Administrating local sales budgets
  • Supporting local HR with sales provision calculations
  • Organizing shipment of sales tools (e.g. folders, POS materials, etc.)


Your ideal profile:

  • English – fluent, Norwegian - fluent – both spoken and written
  • 2+ years’ experience in a comparable position, preferably in an international environment
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • IT-literate
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to details and deadlines
  • High customer service orientation
