For our worldwide headquarter in Bad Zurzach/Switzerland (near Zurich) we are searching for a highly motivated

 

Global Head of Marketing Communications (f/m) – 100%

 

The purpose of the Global Head of Marketing Communications role is to contribute to the design and development and lead the delivery of short and long-term global communications strategies based on business and consumer insights, and to guide the right allocation of Brand marketing funds across markets/channels/media.

 

What You’ll do:

  • Designing, developing and driving the sloggi Strategic Brand Communication Plan and Process
  • Continuously developing, driving the Brand Communication positioning, and values ensuring global consistency
  • Developing and implementing an operating system framework to ensure that the Brand communication strategy and guiding principles of the sloggi Business Unit are embedded and aligned across all markets and channels
  • Delivering effective and innovative brand communication strategies and best-in-class communication concepts aligned to target audience, brand KPIs, brand values, and positioning
  • Role model the skills for the Regional Brand Communication Organisation across 7 Core Competencies, leadership principles and functional Brand communication competencies
  • Initiating and leading the internal and external agencies in development of the regional brand communication campaigns, and guide country marketing teams in local execution across the region
  • Collaborating with key staff functions including Marketing Strategy, Digital marketing, Product & Merchandising and as well as the Sales teams
  • Developing a Global Brand Communication Concept which provides consistent brand experience of sloggi
  • Jointly establishing and fostering a collaborative, inspiring and energetic leadership style that promotes initiative and entrepreneurial thinking in line with the corporate shared values of honesty and trust
  • Providing clear guidelines for the Advertising & Promotion budget and designing and monitoring a timely delivery of the Global Campaign Plan

 

 What You’ll bring:

  • 3 years+ Senior Brand Marketing Management in an international/global role or large market
  • Cross functional expertise in Brand communication management and an extensive consumer and competitor understanding
  • Experience with strategies & concept development, brand communication planning, implementation, setting KPIs and tracking ROIs
  • A solid marketing experience, background in working at both HQ and Country level is preferred
  • Excellent drive, judgment, creative insights and understanding of branded aesthetics plus the ability to inspire and influence via excellent presentation & communication skills
  • Strategic mind-set with the ability to translate key concepts into a detailed execution plan
  • Educated to master degree level + and experience in the fashion apparel business
  • Fluent command of English is essential and other languages are an advantage
