Our Customer Service Department in Milan-Segrate (Italy) is looking immediately for a highly motivated

                        

Sales Customer Credit Manager (f/m) (100%)

 

The purpose of this role is to secure company cash flow by operating in direct contact with Triumph’s customers and national sales team in Italy. You will drive and manage a team of 2 based in Milan’s office.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Guaranteeing the guidelines and requirements of Triumph credit policy
  • Maintaining an appropriate credit risk level and updating Head of Finance on a regular basis
  • Working effectively with customers and sales force to improve credit quality and cash flow
  • Resolving further “commercial difficult conversations” with Sales Department in order to control risk level
  • Making yearly adjustments to process controls to increase cash flow
  • Visiting customers as needed to establish strong business relationships and limit credit risk
  • Preparing accurate cash flow forecasts, analysis and other management reports for financial purposes            

 

Your ideal profile:

  • Degree in Economics
  • 2 years of experience in similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • SAP skills are required
  • Fluent English and Italian
  • Effective communication skills, strong negotiations skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong project management and multi-tasking skills
  • Driving license is required
