Our Customer Service and Order Management department in Warsaw (Poland) is looking immediately for a highly motivated

 

                              Customer Service Operator (100%)

 

The purpose of the role is to provide first class Customer service to our field accounts and supporting field sales team. The purpose of this role is to deliver first class customer service to our field accounts and to support field sales team based in Poland. You will proactively support inside sales opportunities. You will be part of a dedicated Customer Service team characterized by dedication, professionalism and great teamwork.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure excellent phone coverage
  • Delivering and documenting export sales activity targets
  • Perform excellent & pro-active order-management with your field team
  • Ensure a clean order-book which is managed pro-actively
  • Track and maintain your orders using a standard reporting from SAP-BW
  • Resolve credit issues, returns, minimize back orders
  • Ensure policies & procedures such as cancellations, returns are in place
  • Identify and solve account issues related to product, orders and deliveries
  • Pro-active promoting our B2B solution
  • Be 100% accountable for your own orders/customers
  • Take part in the daily, weekly and monthly monitoring and housekeeping exercise
  • Debt collection via phone, letter and email
  • Follow up on payments in advance
  • To create short term payment plans in co-operation with Regional credit manager
  • Be pro-active in checking customer payments

Your ideal profile:

  • Minimum 1 year of previous working experience gained in customer service
  • Natural ability to look for inside business opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationship with clients and deliver high level of customer care
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work to achieve deadlines
  • High level of speed and accuracy with excellent attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • SAP skills in an advantage
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Polish is a must
  • Communicative level of English skills is a must – B1
  • Knowledge of Russian would be an advantage
