Our HR Department in Swindon, UK is looking immediately for a highly motivated

 

                                                        HR Business Partner UK (f/m) (60 - 100%)

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

  • Being the first point of contact for employees and managers on all HR matters
  • Working closely with the business in the annual budgeting and forecasting process of headcounts and personnel costs
  • Driving, communicating and training on HR processes, tools and policies to maximize organizational effectiveness, improve performance and ensure compliance
  • Managing the recruitment and the on – boarding process for new joiners
  • Liaising with relevant industry groups and government and ensuring legislative compliance
  • Providing consultancy on labour law
  • Collaborating closely with HR Operations for maintaining all records required in order to calculate payroll for all employees (being the backup for the execution of payroll and employee query resolution)
  • Supporting the administration of employee benefits, health insurance, and pension schemes
  • Preparing correspondence & reports as required

 

Your ideal profile:

 

  • Bachelor degree in HR or other relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Good knowledge about payroll processed ( provided by 3rd party) and UK labor law
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills including empathetic listening
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and local IT/Payroll system
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Fluent English written and spoken
