Our HR Department at our HQ in Bad Zurzach (Switzerland) is looking immediately for a highly motivated

 

         REGIONAL HR BUSINESS PARTNER FOR BRAND & SALES EUROPE (f/m) (100%)

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a trusted business partner to the leadership team in the assigned business unit
  • Driving the execution of the end-to-end HR lifecycle activities and policies in the respective business area to support the company`s Mission, Vision and Strategy
  • Leading organization design and development activities, as well as a cross-cultural team of HR Business Partners, ensuring alignment, development, performance and succession planning
  • Driving the human capital agenda along the employee life-cycle and managing talent and performance management, staff planning, resourcing and retention
  • Actively managing recruitment activities end to end
  • Coordinating, implementing and executing global HR processes in close collaboration with Corporate HR, HR BPs and HR Shared Service Center
  • Working closely with the business in the annual budgeting and forecasting process of headcounts and personnel cost and providing expert advice on the structure of compensation & benefits and workforce planning
  • Leading and managing the performance management process through facilitation of the goal setting process within the function as well as the pay review process and ensuring that corporate guidelines are understood, communicated and followed
  • Providing expert advice on all HR related matters

Your ideal profile:

  • Master’s degree level in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • At least 15 years of HR experience gained across a variety of businesses, markets, cultures
  • Team management, operational and restructuring experience
  • Hands-on, pragmatic, energetic and high sense of initiative and drive
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Flexible to travel (30%)
  • Professional English with German preferred
