Our Brand Department at our HQ in Bad Zurzach (Switzerland) is looking immediately for a highly motivated

 

                                      Brand Merchandising Assistant (Junior Merchandiser) – (f/m) (100%)

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  

  • Supporting the implementation on the Triumph European Strategic Product Planning and Process which continuously provide opportunities and sources of growth and deliver against the Corporate and Business Unit KPI’s and Targets
  • Developing knowledge and understanding of the dynamics of financial management, KPI’s settings and building profit and revenue, plus of technicalities and specifics to products and Segments, or Sub-Brands
  • Being part of the Brand Merchandising function, which delivers analysis, range plan maintenance, core assortment planning support, merchandising flow support, text store training, sample process management, commercial feedback, SKU management, forecasting
  • Developing, monitoring and maintaining European product and pricing strategy tools and competitors analysis
  • Building up knowledge and continuously implement the brand positioning and values across the business and within the organization (i.e. consumer and market place needs) which supports the Brand Managers in their day to day business
  • Developing understanding of the female clothing market to provide insights for consumer and market places and learn how to deliver competitive advantages for brand Triumph          

 

Your ideal profile:

  • First Experience in Brand or Product Management
  • Master/educated to degree of above (freshly graduated), looking for first role in Brand Management
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office, SAP basic knowledge
  • Affinity to work with Fashion and/ or female products
  • Flexibility, creativity and enthusiasm and willingness to learn
  • Well organized and multi-tasking talent
  • Fluency in English, other languages are a plus
