Our Wholesale Department in Warsaw, Poland is looking immediately for a highly motivated

 

AREA SALES COORDINATOR North East Europe (f/m) (working 100%)

North East Europe: Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia

 

It is a hybrid role with a split between delivery of sales targets and coordinating North East sales team working closely with Wholesale Manager North East Europe.

The purpose of the role is to deliver individual sales targets for wholesale customers in Warsaw area and clearance customers in North East Europe. You will also facilitate and orchestrate the sales team’s activities and projects in the respective Region.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate strong account relationships, utilizing account management tools and working effectively with customers to ‘know their business’
  • Driving orders/sales activity/new business opportunities
  • Be a functional Team Lead for Polish Hub team
  • Coordinating internal projects and initiatives within Wholesale PL Hub to achieve the sales plan
  • Coordinate and support sales team
  • Develop strong relationships with Customer Service to ensure smooth process flow and thorough understanding of customer needs
  • Work with Product Team to provide market information, building the line and assortment plans
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Triumph products and processes, through attendance at bi annual Sales conferences
  • Responsible for the execution of regular internal reports to Manager

            

Your ideal profile:

  • 5 years of previous experience in sales positions with proven track of record in business development is a must
  • Experience in coordinating tasks/teams/projects – is a must
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Strong working experience with Excel and Power Point
  • Fluent English skills
  • Good negotiations skills
  • Driving license
