Our Finance Department in Warsaw (Poland) is looking immediately for a highly motivated

 

                                 BUSINESS ANALYST (f/m) (working 100%)

 

The purpose of the role is to support Wholesale business of Triumph in East and South of Europe in order to achieve growth objectives and profitability targets. You will act as Finance Business Partner to internal stakeholders by providing support in decision making, reporting and budgeting processes, especially by ensuring high quality standards in all financial analytical activities and reporting related topics.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:        

  • Control all financial aspects of the Wholesale business including recommendations on cost efficiency
  • Develop & implement of tools (financial reports, market dynamics, competitor analysis)
  • Flag potential risks and opportunities as well as detect and clear inconsistencies in all financial reports including monthly P&L
  • Provide insights throughout the annual financial cycle
  • Monitor and analyze in depth sales performance in light of sales goals, identify areas of weaknesses’ and provide recommendations to improve Sales
  • Monitor in season Wholesale sales and margin performance
  • Manage accounts’ forecasts and scenario plans with sales associates
  • Prepare Monthly and quarterly Wholesale updates
  • Contribute to the building of the annual plan and strategic plan from a sales POV and monitor sales data in order to ensure accurate and up to date reporting
  • Planning, developing, controlling, and forecasting the channel related cost and CapEX

Your ideal profile:      

  • BA degree in Finance
  • 3 years of working experience gained in a similar roles
  • Ability to demonstrate exceptional internal stakeholders management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Fluent English is a must, Polish is nice to have
  • Master user of Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP or any similar system is an advantage
  • High level of business acumen, analytical skills and IT skills are necessary
  • Can do attitude, enthusiastic, proactive
