Our Retail Department Europe in Segrate (Milan area), Italy is looking immediately for a highly motivated


                            BACK OFFICE RETAIL MANAGER SOUTH (f/m) (working 100%)


The Back Office Retail Manager is responsible for an effective planning for own retail stores, franchise and factory outlets within across Italy and Portugal.

You will report to Head of Retail Operation Europe based in Switzerland, a leader who can empower his people by giving them exciting challenges. In this role you will manage a team of 5 people based in Italy and Portugal.


Roles & Responsibilities:           

  • Reviewing and improving processes in Store Operations
  • Developing Store Operations guidelines and ensure their compliance across the group, through shared Best Practices and knowledge across teams/functions/countries
  • Monitoring quality of service and work with other departments to streamline and improve processes and structure
  • Liaising with internal and external teams / customers / vendors to ensure end-to-end processes in the ever changing business and to solve topics escalated
  • Leading, managing and developing the Store Operations Team
  • Setting employees goals, monitoring staff performance and objectives through training and developing staff to maximize potential

Your ideal profile:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role ideally in the clothing industry
  • Previous people management experience is a must
  • Previous experience gained in a field will be a an asset
  • Experience in working in international environment will be an advantage
  • Ability to adapt to constant changes
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Fluent Italian and English skills
  • Willingness to travel (20%)
