Our Retail Department in Milan/Segrate (Italy) is looking immediately for a highly motivated



                 SENIOR AREA MANAGER RETAIL SOUTH (f/m) (working 100 %)


Reporting Head of Retail you will have overall commercial responsibility for more than 50 own and franchise stores of Triumph in Italy and Portugal. 


Roles & Responsibilities:        

  • Deliver Italian and Portuguese economic results
  • Ensure District Managers in Italy and Retail Manager of Portugal are focused in improve the business through turnover & margins
  • Make sure commercial strategy gets executed properly to drive results
  • Update, distribute and administer store visit reports, ensuring full compliance of the report is carried out
  • Ensure all functional team (marketing retail manager, ops manager, buying & merchandising manager, training manager, shop developing manager, visual merchandiser manager, retail manager and district manager) are full align in order to implement the commercial plan
  • Supervise the operation of new store openings, closures and/or re-locations, ensuring adherence to operational schedules
  • Effectively monitor controllable costs, including shrink and to keep to a minimum
  • Plan and distribute daily, weekly, monthly and quarter sales targets and KIP’s
  • Devise and implement recovery plans for underperforming stores

Your ideal profile:

  • University degree
  • 10 years of professional experience in retail managerial positions gained in Apparel & Fashion industry
  • Experience in people management at all levels is a must
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Very good understanding of retail KPI’s is a must
  • Fluent Italian and English skills, Spanish is an advantage
  • IT proficiency
  • Driving license
  • Available to travel up to 80% across Italy and Portugal
