Our Corporate Finance Treasury Department at our HQ in Bad Zurzach (Switzerland) is looking immediately for a highly motivated 


                                              Corporate Head of Treasury (f/m) (100%)


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Determining the Treasury policy and funding strategy
  • Arranging appropriate funding together with the CFO (bank lending and capital markets)
  • Analyzing the impact of financial markets on funding strategy
  • Advising on how and where to invest any availability surplus liquidity
  • Managing financial risks (currency risks, interest rate risks, counterparty risks)
  • Overviewing regularly cash inflows and outflows from all affiliates and third parties and anticipating challenges arising from limited cash flows
  • Making decisions on subsidiary finances (IC funding, IC dividends, IC capital structure)
  • Liaising with other departments, such as tax and accountancy and financial planning on a range of issues
  • Liaising with local Finance Directors/CFOs for all matters related to liquidity management
  • Responsible for the Treasury Infrastructure (SAP TRM, Bellin, Fides etc.) and the Treasury Reporting to Executive Management
  • Maintaining relations to core banks and supervising relations to local banks.
  • Ad-hoc projects requested by Executive Management
  • Supervising the work of the Treasury Staff members 

Your ideal profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA highly preferred; CFA or CEFA is an advantage
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience as Corporate Treasurer
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in teams
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision: highly organized
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
  • Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, other languages are a plus
