Our Marketing Department at headquarter in Bad Zurzach (Switzerland) is looking immediately for a highly motivated

 

                               HEAD of MARKETING EUROPE (f/m) (working 100%)

 

Roles & Responsibilities:        

  • Being a highly energetic, broadly experienced marketing professional you will play essential role in designing, developing and driving Triumph Europe Strategic Marketing Plan and Process
  • You will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and in the execution of the globally planned marketing and media concepts
  • As a team lead -using your charisma- you will further improve and maintain a successful, effective European Marketing Organization structure with the support of the local marketing managers in DACH, South, East and North Europe
  • You are able to deliver a consistent global marketing framework across Digital Marketing, Consumer Marketing and Brand Communication due to your exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • As a natural collaborator you are ready to work closely with the key brand team members of Brand Merchandising, Creative Design, Retail Marketing & Store Design
  • Thanks to your solid analytical skills you are able and ready to manage, follow up and to have discussions about the European Advertising & Promotion budget

Your ideal profile: 

  • 10 years of professional experience in consumer goods industry
  • 8 years of experience in Senior Marketing Management roles with international exposure
  • 5 years top leadership experience in a large market
  • Cross functional expertise in Marketing management
  • Strategic and creative thinking with good visual judgement
  • Commercial mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Self–driven and result-oriented personality
  • Fluent English skills are essential, German is a strong advantage, any other European language is an asset
  • Willingness for extensive travel across Europe
