Our Sales Department at the office in Eindhoven (Netherlands) is looking immediately for a highly motivated

    

                                  Junior Key Account Manager  (f/m) – 100%

 

The key purpose of this position is to develop and deliver tactical and strategic plans for each Key Account customer in order to achieve given Strategic Business Plans and annual financial targets

 

What You’ll do:

 

  • Supporting sales activities in relation to marketing, supply and planning areas as well as providing administrative sales backup of Key Account Managers

  • Providing a quality assurance of campaigns and execution at customers

  • Driving sales in order to reach budgets, working effectively with key account customers and providing market updates for managers

  • Developing strong relationships with Customer Services to ensure thorough understanding of retailer’s needs and monitoring daily shipment of orders

  • Collaborating with Marketing Team to ensure first-class execution of all brand activities

  • Demonstrating strong market awareness through regular store visits, monitoring retail trends and competitor products in order to achieve thorough understanding of both the retail account and the lingerie industry

  • Responsible for the development & implementation of annual business plans across for permanent styles & promotion calendars in line with company communication plans

  • Creating the monthly end-of-year forecast per KA customer

 

What You’ll bring:

 

  • Min. 3 years’ experience of working with Key Accounts
  • Significant experience in managing KA Customers and ability to clearly demonstrate successful growth through dynamic sales ability

  • Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience

  • Very good coordination, time management and problem solving skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Flexibility and ability to communicate to all levels

  • Fluent English and Dutch is as a must, French is a nice asset
