For our office in Warsaw (Poland) we are searching for a highly motivated


Product & Merchandising Manager sloggi PL Hub (f/m) – 100%


You will report to Head of Merchandising East based in Warsaw. The purpose of the role is to execute the wholesale and range planning channels in retail for sloggi in the PL Hub in order to achieve the desired KPI targets set by General Management sloggi. You will secure a solid future platform for the desirability of the brand and also deliver the PL Hub Financial plan, while supporting its Brand strategy leading to maximum sell-through result.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Management of merchandising process by executing the HUB/country product assortment in order to achieve the seasonal and long-term KPI’s
  • Developing mid/long term sustainable x-divisional growth plans in line with Regional product strategy, collaborate with key stakeholders to develop
  • Delivering KPIs by executing a local divisional and/or business unit merchandising plan in order to deliver against agreed HUB/country KPIs and BU objectives
  • Providing timely market feedback of own brand and competitions including local price information to regional merchandising function with given template and additional materials as well as product samples if necessary
  • Providing occasionally support to sales management with presentations for selected strategic accounts;
  • Supporting Head of Merchandising sloggi EAST in all needed analysis preparations based on companies systems like for example BW & SA
  • Drive accurate forecasting process within deadlines and targets, ensuring high product availability level by close cooperation with DP team
  • Monitoring and managing in-season product performance
  • Collaborate with HUB Management (Sales, Retail, Marketing, CS, DP) to coordinate activities against agreed and aligned Financial targets or other strategic goals set by Region

What You’ll bring:

  • 2 years of experience in retail or wholesale Merchandising, Product Development or Sales, analytical functions preferably in fashion& apparel industry
  • Good sense of fashion trends
  • Previous working experience with eastern european martkets will be an advantage
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Capability to take initiative, provide solution
  • Hands-on personality, proactive
  • Proficiency in both oral and written English and Polish is a must
  • IT proficiency: Microsoft Excel and Power Point
