Our global IT and Business Relationship Management are centrally located in Munich (Germany) and we are looking immediately for a highly motivated 


                       Business Relationship Manager Sales (f/m) - (100%)


Are you a business-process expert that understands business requirements and is comfortable working in-between business and IT? Do you want to be part of a very international team located in Munich?

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • You build trustful relationships with business stakeholders from various departments across a global organization (our core markets are Germany, Japan, and China)
  • You act as a trusted advisor for globally located internal business stakeholders and global IT
  • You support business in early phases of requirements definition (including capturing of high-level technology requirements and ensuring high-level technology impact analysis is provided in alignment with IT Application Development team to business)
  • You understand what business needs in order to operate successfully, actively manage expectations and drive innovation
  • You support the requirements engineering and become the central link between business and IT
  • You pro-actively steer and support IT demand management processes and coordinate internal project requests
  • You assess requirements and check for feasibility and complexity together with internal IT counterparts
  • You support and steer during planning and implementation steps while collaborating with business and IT
  • You provide key input for the creation and maintenance of the overall IT strategy

Your ideal profile:

  • 5+ years’ experience as (global) process owner or functional expert, business process analyst or in a similar role in the wholesale, retail, omni-channel environment, preferably in the fashion/ apparel or consumer goods industries (we do consider candidates from other industries)
  • Experience in managing relationships with internal business customers and IT
  • Excellent process understanding with a focus on sales-related processes (Order-to-Cash) and project experience (ideally you have been part of bigger transformation programs or ERP implementations, systems integrations, etc.)
  • SAP experience in module SD (Sales and Distribution) is required, preferably as a key user, other SAP modules are a plus
  • Highly motivated, proactive, positive “can-do” attitude, self-directed and assertive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required, Japanese and/ or Mandarin/ Cantonese language is a plus
  • Experience in CRM solutions (e.g. Salesforce) would be a plus
  • Experience with Asian markets would be a plus
