For our brand marketing department in China headquarters in Shanghai, we are looking for a



                              Visual Merchandising Specialist  (working 100%)



Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Project driven VM-operation and execution lead which delivers high level execution of Retail Marketing & Brand strategies to maximize store sell-out success and profitability.
  • Ensure and drive regional VM concept execution processes to maximize store sell-out, cnhance brand equity within the region & local markets. Identify local VM requirements, develop and execute specific VM rtainning module upgrades.
  • Develop local hands-on Country VM team skills to further enhance commercial shopping experience throughout the country.    
  • Assist to develop a world class VM Team structure and benchmark.          
  • Maintain an inspiring, motivating, goal driven attitude that promotes our values of honesty and trust in line with the corporate shared values.
  • Collaborating with the China Visual Merchandising Manager to meet the set KPI’s.
  • Support the development of central seasonal VM trainings or creative VM Workshops
  • De-brief internal Store Development Team Partners on new store layout feedback
  • Work closely with Store Design and Retail Marketing in order to achieve high VM standards at the POS
  • Ensure optimal product assortment visibility and commercial density display at retail in partnership with store layout and zoning directives
  • Support countries with store layout and zoning directives
  • Key interface to countries. Build power-and fruitful relationships with Country Retail Organizations,and all other local or central department partners affecting business results
  • Monitor KPI tracking of local VM activities, report those
  • Support and drive the development of Visual Merchandising Guidelines
  • Deliver and further develop VM communication strategies(VM updates, VM Newsletters)
  • Regional market and competition research. Identify opportunities and develop/coordinate specialized visual direction that drive sales and increase footfall, report those back to central
  • Embrace further upcoming VM team projects
  • Partner with the VM Manager to deliver against the set KPI’s and department targets

Your ideal profile:

  • 3+ years hands-on Visual Merchandising & training background, 1+ year in execution as well as structural VM development
  • Technical skills:Experience with VM training at store & central level
  • Language skills:People proficient in English speaking and writing are preferred
  • IT proficiency:Competent in all general Microsoft programs. Further design programs are in asset
  • Other skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mobility:Flexible in working hours and must be willing to travel frequently
