Our Finance Department in Warsaw (Poland) is looking immediately for a highly motivated


   JUNIOR BUSINESS ANALYST East & North Europe (f/m) (working 100%)


The purpose of the role is to support retail sales channel & Franchise of Triumph business in Eastern and Northern Europe to achieve growth objectives and profitability targets. You will act as Finance Business Partner to internal stakeholders by providing support in decision making, reporting and budgeting processes, especially by ensuring high quality standards in all financial analytical activities and reporting related topics.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Control all financial aspects of the Retail & Franchise business including recommendations on cost efficiency
  • Develop & implement of tools (financial reports, market dynamics, competitor analysis)
  • Monitor and analyze in depth sales performance in light of sales goals, identify areas of weaknesses’ and provide recommendations to improve Sales
  • Monitor in season Retail sales and margin performance
  • Evaluating financial impact of new business initiatives including store openings Evaluating financial impact of new business initiatives including store openings and potentially sloggi dedicated island
  • Manage accounts’ forecasts and scenario plans with sales associates
  • Prepare Monthly and quarterly key accounts updates
  • Contribute to the building of the annual plan and strategic plan from a sales POV and monitor sales data in order to ensure accurate and up to date reporting
  • Planning, developing, controlling, and forecasting the channel related cost


Your ideal profile:

  • Master degree in one of the fields: Economy, Finance , Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics
  • 1-2 years of working experience gained in a similar role (ideally with knowledge of Retail)
  • Skilled in reporting and planning
  • Ability to demonstrate exceptional internal stakeholders management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Advanced English and fluent Polish skills are a must
  • Master user of Excel (VBA as an advantage)
  • Knowledge of SAP or any similar system is an advantage
  • High level of business acumen, analytical skills and IT skills are necessary
  • Stress resistance and calm, can do attitude, enthusiastic, proactive
