Our Finance Department at the Triumph in Shanghai China is looking immediately for a highly motivated



                                                                                 FP&A Analyst (f/m) (100 %)



Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve monthly SAP reports and prepare all management reports with findings/comments;
  • Work with Accenture team to ensure on time and accurate delivery of reports;
  • Consolidate legal view P&L of BU commercial and supply chain;
  • Prepare monthly closing calendar based on Global financial calendar and;
  • Ad hoc projects assigned.
  • Review/Prepare CAPEX application and check KPIs to ensure Company benchmark is met;
  • Raise online CAPEX application and monitor the progress;
  • Monitor CAPEX spending vs budget vs forecast and bring forward risks or opportunities identified.
  •  Achieve annual targets and KPI;
  • On time in full submission of external and internal reports with good quality;
  • Recognition within finance organization and cross functions.                           

Your ideal profile:

  • Bachelor degree, majored in finance or accounting
  • 2-3 year FP&A experience with retail or FMCG 
  • Multinational company experience 
  • Strong responsible attitude, able to follow deadline and result orientated
  • Individual contributor
  • Good team player and have ability to work with others
  • Good command of excel and PPT
