Our Finance Department at the Bad Zurzach in Switzerland is looking immediately for a highly motivated


                      Corporate Head of Financial Planning (f/m) (100 %)


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for budgeting and forecasting short/long-term plans, as well as producing and analyzing internal and external financial reports
  • Activities include managing risks and opportunities, monitoring the organization's revenue and expenses while considering macro-economic factors
  • The individual will ensure that the finance team delivers cost effective, accurate and timely processing; relevant analysis and innovative solutions; and collaborative consulting.
  • Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
  • Conducts continuous reviews of existing finance processes and performance metrics to assess operational efficiency and to ensure that processes meet the present and anticipated needs of business units, Corporate Finance, and other stakeholders.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of process improvements to the finance function to improve operational efficiency and quality of output.
  • Develops an integrated planning approach within the Group, with the aim of standardizing information flows and supporting managerial decision-making process.

Your ideal profile:

  • Bachelor/master degree in Finance or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience as a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis
  • IFRS knowhow and SAP BW knowledge is required
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
  • Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
  • International and intercultural exposure and skills, leadership and management experience
  • Fluent in English, any other language will be an advantage
