Our E-Commerce department in Bad Zurzach, Switzerland (near Zurich) is looking immediately for a highly motivated

 

 

                      Buying & Merchandise Manager E-Commerce (f/m) (100%)

 

In this role you will be able to influence the selection and management of stock and assortments in line with Brand and E-commerce business plan for our brands, Triumph and sloggi.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration with E-Commerce team and Brand Management to develop merchandising assortment strategy
  • Seasonal hind sighting and assortment analytics
  • Ensure alignment with the Retail Team, provide weekly reporting on agreed KPI's and take action where appropriate to ensure that profit and sales targets are achieved
  • Attend Brand/Country meetings to give e-commerce performance input and ensure alignment with Brand Strategy and Marketing Calendar
  • Work with our top sellers by Brand to deliver a "never out of stock" service to ensure consumer satisfaction as well as forecast accuracy
  • Responsible for markdown management and ensuring alignment with Retail Team
  • Review and recommend on third party products and return to vendor agreements
  • In charge of sell-through management of seasonal novelties in order to reach sustainable stock level at the end of the seasons
  • Support Demand Planning and Order Fulfillment in Delivery Planning and Price Management

 

Your ideal profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in branded merchandise/retail buying
  • Bachelor Degree in Merchandising, Product Management, Business economics or other related field
  • Experience in E-Commerce
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, other language is a plus
  • Advanced skills in Excel and SAP
  • Strong presentation & communication skills
  • Proactive, practical and hands-on approach
  • High drive and result orientated (i.e. strong financial acumen and focus upon KPI setting)
