Our Customer Service & Order Fulfilment Department at the office in Eindhoven (the Netherlands) is looking immediately for a highly motivated 


                                  Team Sales Assistant (f/m) - (100%)

                                        (Temporary role for 1 year)

The main aim of this role is to service Triumphs customers over the phone, by receiving their orders, guide, advise and sell lingerie.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Being responsible for customer service and order reception over the phone from Benelux customers
  • Managing outbound calls related to e.g. campaigns / novelties or running styles,
  • Handling of returns and claims over the phone
  • Responsible for credits and debits (price differences, missing articles, mark-downs etc.)
  • Acting as a support to the sales representatives
  • Providing the business with ad hoc translations
  • Administrating the advertising budge
  • Tracking of articles and good
  • Supporting retail administrative tasks


Your ideal profile:

  • Experience in customer service gained in a customer service department, call center or shop
  • Excellent service and customer orientation
  • Multitasking and ability to act with a strong engagement
  • Structured, responsible and detail oriented
  • MS Office knowledge is a must have, SAP and Sales Force knowledge is an asset
  • Fluent English and Dutch is required, French is an advantage
