Our Wholesale Department in Warsaw is looking immediately for a highly motivated


Area Sales Manager - Ukraine (f/m) (100 %)


The purpose of the role is to develop current client’s portfolio in Ukraine by seeking out new business opportunities. Reporting to Wholesale North East District Manager, you will be part of sales force team of Triumph operating in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Baltics


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate strong account relationships, working effectively with customers to ‘know their business’
  • Generate leads, meet and exceed sales goals
  • Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients
  • Demonstrate strong market awareness through regular customer visits
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Triumph products and processes, provide excellent communication on Triumph’s commitment to the customer
  • Provide professional product presentations
  • Responsible for the execution of regular internal monthly reports to Manager to fully understand the market position and focus on opportunities for business growth
  • Develop strong relationships with Customer Services to ensure a thorough understanding of customer needs
  • Manage and implement sales and promotions projects across the sales force team


Your ideal profile:

  • University degree
  • 5 years of solid professional experience in sales roles gained ideally in apparel and fashion industry, consumer goods can be considered
  • Fluent Ukrainian language skills
  • Good level of English skills – must have
  • Polish skills- nice to have
  • Dynamic and energetic
  • Team player and easy going
  • Able to prioritize and plan work effectively
  • IT proficiency – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Full driving license
  • Available for extensive travelling across Ukraine ( 1-2 weeks per month)
