Our E-Commerce Department at the HQ in Bad Zurzach (Switzerland) is looking immediately for a highly motivated   

                   

                       Manager E-Commerce Operations (f/m) (100%)

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring all e-commerce processes of the own operated e-commerce shops, market places, Omni-channel services and CRM
  • Ensure a smooth functionality of existing and/or new interfaces
  • Close collaboration with internal stakeholders, service and payment providers
  • Participation in the analysis and optimization of currently existing processes, in particular error handling and the introduction of new processes 
  • Support the handling of day-to-day business, including financial processing of customer enquiries   
  • Plans procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency
  • Responsible for the achievement of department productivity and quality goals
  • Point of escalation for claims from customers and departments

Your ideal profile:

  • Minimum 3 years in a similar role with proven success within an E-Commerce environment
  • Detailed understanding of e-commerce processes and technical backgrounds
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency and SAP R3 knowledge are required
  • Persistent in following up on tasks and delivering on projects in time and budget
  • Enthusiastic, hands-on and able to work under minimal guidance
  • Very Communicative and collaborative personality
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, German is an advantage
