Our Ecommerce Department at the Shanghai in China is looking immediately for a highly motivated

 

 

        Ecommerce-Growth Manager (f/m) (working 100%)

 

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead data-driven transformation through ecommerce data eco-system.
  • Understand business requirement, provide data finding to business for insight.
  • Build and improve existing scenarios to improve promotion/paid media ROI,
  • Competitor data monitoring, strategy analysis and risk alerts, etc.
  • Process, clean, verify and governance integrity of data leveraged for analysis.
  • Enhance data collection processes to include data from internal and 3rd party systems relevant for developing analytics systems.         

Your ideal profile:

  • Good understanding of Apparel e-Commerce industry (Lingerie, Women’s clothes).
  • At least 3 years of experience in high data volume environments, preferably in internet domain.
  • Works well in a collaborative, communicative environment, data oriented personality.
  • Flexible, adaptive, quick learner.
  • Strong business understanding of the online market, especially on Tmall eco-system
  • Strategic perspective combined with strong executional skills
