Our Indirect Purchasing Department at the Shanghai in China is looking immediately for a highly motivated



                           Purchasing Executive (f/m) (working 100%)


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sourcing, bidding organization, negotiation and supplier management for managed categories.
  • Prepare RFQ (Request for Quotation) package with internal customers and send RFQ to suppliers, select the best technical capable suppliers and secure the most favorable pricing and delivery schedules available.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders for procurement activities, evaluate supplier capability and identify quality supply sources based on Triumph’s procurement policy and process.
  • Manage supply to strength business relationship with the suppliers.
  • Maintain supplier database and make cost driver analysis.
  • Set up and renew cost model for cost analysis (understand supply and demand market, category supply market, cost structure, 


Your ideal profile:

  • 3-5 years working experience related purchasing experience
