Our Sales Department at the Shanghai in China is looking immediately for a highly motivated



                           Region Sales Planning Executive

                               (f/m) (working 100%)



Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the evaluation and feedback of various promotional activities in the branch;
  • Responsible to analysis and monitor the sales rate and inventory in the branch company, carry out various counters goods deployment according to the actual needs, and implement the centralized deployment instructions of the goods in the area (nationwide);
  • Assist the sales manager to arrange the self-promotion plan within the branch, and coordinate the unified promotion instructions of the headquarters;
  • Assist the branch manager to plan the quarterly bargain, follow up the implementation, and evaluate the feedback after the end;
  • Submit the application for rebate to the retailers, including the sales rebate, decoration rebate, advertising materials and work clothes rebate, and submit to the sales manager for review or approval;
  • Responsible for the delivery and execution of counter display, static exhibition, promotion and new product POP;
  • Responsible for the timely submission of all administrative reports in the branch, including regular reports and interim reports;
  • Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.      

Your ideal profile:

  • Excellent communication, coordination, organizational skills and language organization skills;
  • Integrity, confidence, and conscientiousness;
  • High working enthusiasm and good team spirit;
  • Strong observation and strain capacity.
  • More than 2 years working experience as secretary or assistant;
  • Working experience in sales department is preferred.
