Our Marketing Department located at the HQ in Bad Zurzach (Switzerland) is looking for a highly motivated 

 

                                     Global Digital and Media Manager (100%)

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • As a highly experienced digital and media professional you will develop and lead the global strategy for online marketing
  • Possessing advanced collaboration skills, you will be acting as the functional lead for online marketing working with the regional Heads of Marketing and Digital Managers to ensure the implementation of the Global Brand Plan and the digital first strategy
  • You will determine and prioritize investment by media and by channel to support brand and revenue objectives
  • You will be cooperating closely with Global Communications Manager to deliver the Communications Strategy and with Global Campaign Manager to ensure that Brand Campaigns are effectively delivered on and offline
  • You can act as the key interface for Global Marketing with E-commerce and CRM functions to ensure cross functional synergy and collaboration
  • Being a digital expert, you will develop the relationship with all key global and regional digital media owners including Google, Facebook, Instagram
  • Thanks to your solid organizational skills you will ensure that the overall media and digital marketing calendar is supporting the omnichannel approach to campaigns, product launches and key brand moments      

Your ideal profile:

  • Master’s degree
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing area gained in retail business
  • At least 4 years of experience in a global or regional senior digital marketing management roles
  • 3-4 years of experience in managing teams
  • Extensive consumer experience gained in a fashion/lifestyle branded environment
  • Advanced experience with strategies & concept development, digital marketing planning and digital marketing framework development
  • Ability to work independently with tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated, proactive, positive “can-do” attitude, self-directed
  • Excellent MS Office (Excel, PPT) skills
  • Fluent English is a must, any other European language is an asset
