Our HR and Administration Department in Algés, Portugal is looking immediately for a highly motivated


HR Business Partner Iberia – Portugal and Spain (f/m) (part time 50 % - 80%)


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers to provide support to better understand and utilize HR tools, processes and policies; maximizing organizational effectiveness, improve performance and ensuring compliance
  • Implement HR strategy, objectives and standards in alignment with the business strategy and support the translation and implementation of strategy into solutions, actions and results. Drive excellence in HR
  • Achieve Development, Performance Management and Employee Engagement objectives of business area
  • Work closely with the business in the annual budgeting and forecasting process of headcounts and personnel cost and provide expert advice on the structure of compensation & benefits
  • Ensure best-in-class processes are applied in the business as Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Staffing Review, Learning & Development, Career & Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational development, Change Management
  • Close collaboration with the business to build effective working relationships
  • Initiate, drive and deliver projects on variety of subjects and strategic issues to meet the needs of changing organizations
  • Be responsible for candidate selection (screening, interviews, contact offers) and drive on boarding process to ensure smooth and quick integration to the company
  • Partner for the Learning & Development department to develop learning & development solutions for the business as well as drive and monitor the implementation of global learning initiatives
  • Manage and drive the performance management process by facilitating the goal setting process and linking performance to Triumph’s governance model


Your ideal profile:

  • Min. 5 years of experience in the HR area gained in the international work environment in the position of HR Business Partner, HR Manager, Senior HR Generalist or similar
  • Has experience in change management and is ready to advocate change across all levels of business
  • Good understanding and practical knowledge of regional labour law (Portuguese and Spanish) - very strongly preferred
  • Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese – is a must
  • Has experience in establishing relations and negotiating with work councils or trade unions 
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Focused on business and on people
  • Willing to work part time (max. 32 hours/week)
