Our Merchandising Department at Shanghai in China is looking immediately for a highly motivated



                            Merchandiser (f/m) (working 100 %)



Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Product Assortment (strategy/plan/tracking)
    • Execute offline product assortment strategies of all products across all offline channels.
    • Volume plan according to sales performance, market trend and channel requirement.
    • Analysis from product database, including launch calendar, sales analysis, novelties sales tracking report, running styles library, hero pattern library as well as key series size breakdown library. product assortment strategies & concept plans of all products based on key consumer needs platforms.
    • Assist volume plan according to sales feedback, market and channel requirement and allocation cluster.
    • Implement and monitor periodic product management to closely track product launch status and increase productivity.
    • Drive UV and conversion via best volume planning to fit channel specific demand.
    • Execute Key initiatives if any.
  • Pricing
    • Assist and execution of pricing strategy based on different channel, consumer profile and product life cycle.


  • Competition analysis
    • Collecting key competitor information including brand strategy, new product benefit, price range Collecting key competitor information including brand strategy, new product benefit, price range.
  • Communication
    • Co-work with regional merchandising team, offline merchandising team and EC operation team to ensure each buying process running smoothly.

Your ideal profile:


    Minimum 2-year experiences in building consumer brands and related businesses.

    Offline experience in planning/merchandising/buying/data analysis.

    Above 1-year related International company experiences, apparel industries is preferred.
