Our Finance Department located at the HQ in Bad Zurzach (Switzerland) is looking for a highly motivated 



              Global Process Expert, Purchase to Pay (f/m)

                   (100% or 80% working time optional)



Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design, build and roll out new end to end Purchase to Pay business solutions
  • Roll out the chosen shared service center concept across all regions, countries and business units in regard to PtP
  • Collaborate closely within the tower team for any process adaptation/ review according to PtP incl. building up centralized resources and winding down existing resources thereby reducing the decentralized footprint in favor of a more global approach
  • Act as the gatekeeper for the global PtP business process
  • Ensure PtP business processes are globally consistent, standardized and centralized to the highest degree possible
  • Ensure, in cooperation with the outsourcing service provider, seamless and interruption-free business operations that are effective, efficient and satisfying for the internal customers

Your ideal profile:

  • At least Bachelor University degree in a field of Business/ Accounting/ Finance/ Economics
  • 3- 6 years of industry or consulting experience in the Finance and / or Purchase to Pay
  • Demonstrable experience in end to end P2P business processes, process improvement and in accounting area
  • Experience in introducing shared service centers (own operated and/ or outsourced) on a global scale
  • Highly solid commercial/ business acumen
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge is a must have, SAP and Visio experience would be a strong asset
  • Fluent English is a must have, German would be an asset
  • Excellent project management skills with problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work proactively and independently
  • Advanced communication skills, team player and analytical thinker
  • Multitasking and stress resistance
