                                                Marketing Manager (Singapore and Malaysia)



Marketing Manager in SG & MY will play a critical role in overall development and management of branding, marketing programs across channels and partners under the Regional specified framework. The role is responsible to oversee the development and successful execution of various marketing programs, and develop a thorough recap of its successes and key learnings in both markets.



  • Plan and execute the roll-out of marketing campaigns (including adaptation of global/regional concepts to local country level) determining launch strategies, overseeing the execution of the campaign and visual merchandising across different channels and ensuring on-brand execution
  • Align with the regional directives, build and manage the local country marketing strategy, corresponding calendar and budget from 360 global/regional marketing initiatives to local seasonal marketing activities (e.g., country specific festivals, on-sale and promotions communications etc.)
  • Manage the production of marketing collaterals and visual merchandising in connection with various product and promotion initiatives
  • Media planning, monitoring and budgeting
  • Plan and execute Digital marketing to drive traffic to brand’s ecommerce platforms
  • Ensure that the navigation and design on the ecommerce platform is on brand as well as easy-to-shop
  • Manage the marketing budget and provide monthly report to regional team
  • Partner with the country sales and merchandising team to build and execute the Go-to-Market plan that drive consumer engagement, footfall and brand loyalty
  • Partner with sales team to help build out robust retail marketing communications and drive sales growth
  • Partner with country and regional buying / merchandising teams for an understanding of seasonal buys, top investments globally / regionally and providing necessary marketing supports
  • Manage all marketing related vendors
  • Conduct ongoing performance analysis and coordinate all marketing materials for reporting
  • Act as a lead stakeholder linking Brand Marketing, Digital, PR, Retail Marketing and VM
  • Oversee day-to-day global/regional marketing requests from regional / global marketing team

Professional Experience

  • At least 4 years hands-on marketing experience in international brand and preferably with editorial/agency experience
  • Appreciation of social media and experience working with strategic content planning and maintenance, able to extract relevant data, analyze and share follow ups
  • Is skewed towards Digital and social media marketing
  • Strong fashion sense, analytical skills, business acumen and numerical sense
  • Knowledge of online retail is advantage

Other Requirements

  • Language Skills: English and Mandarin
  • IT proficiency: MS Office – expert in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good statistical knowledge
  • Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Strong conceptual and execution ability
  • Passion for elevated service and consumer experience
  • Mobility/Travel requirements: to overseas brand conferences and alignment meetings
