Our HR Department in Algés (Portugal) is looking immediately for a highly motivated


                       HR Manager- Portugal (f/m) 1-year contract


                         Possibility to extend to permanent contract


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Act as a first point of contact for all HR queries
  • Support all the Functions in ensuring best-in-class processes are applied in the business as Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Staffing Review, Learning & Development, Career & Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational development, Change Management, Payroll, OH&
  • Assist Management Team in candidate selection and drive on boarding process
  • Work closely with the business in the annual budgeting and forecasting process of headcounts and personnel cost
  • Supervise HR Administration in order to support employee lifecycle (offer letters, contracts, amendments)
  • Monitor and supervise payroll, time management processes and system


Your ideal profile:


  •  University degree
  •  Min. 2-3 years – in a similar role, gained in a company based in Portugal
  •  Strong knowledge of Portuguese labor law  
  •  Familiar with HR systems 
  •  Strong MS office skills
  •  Hands-on attitude
  •  Flexible, adaptable to fast paced environment     
  •  Strong stakeholder management      
  •  Fluent English and Portuguese
