Our Finance SSC Department located at the office in Munich (Germany) is looking for a highly motivated 


           Credit and Collection Coordinator (part time / full time role is possible)

                                          (maternity cover for 6-8 months)


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Leading a small team of specialists providing best in Class Cash Collection & Credit Management services in German entity
  • Monitoring progress of ongoing collection activities and supporting the team to meet their local and individual targets
  • Making credit decisions within authorization limits
  • Driving the implementation of the group Credit Management Policy and ensuring the compliance with the standard cash collection and credit management processes,
  • Contributing to global process standardization and automation projects
  • Ensuring compliance with group Internal Control Framework, performing Internal Controls Self-Assessment and minimizing the risk of fraud
  • Establishing and delivering accurate reporting for senior management decisions

Your ideal profile:

  • Bachelor University degree in a field of e.g. finance, economics, business or accounting
  • At least 2 – 3 years of hands-on accounts receivable and credit & collection experience
  • Experience in handling collections and settlements with supermarket chains and big online retailers (Amazon, Zalando,) is a strong asset
  • Supervisory experience is a strong asset
  • Fluent German and English – must have
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Ability to work proactively, independently and without guidance
  • Very good communication, interpersonal skills and stress resilience
