Our Marketing Department at the Shanghai office in China is looking immediately for a highly motivated

 

 

                              Sr. Digital Marketing Manager-Ecom(f/m) (working 100%)

 

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  •  
    • Develop Triumph Ecommerce content marketing strategy and plan to help achieve Ecom business growth. Identify consumer-focused opportunities and drive brand preference and purchase.
    • Work closely with Ecommerce team to develop the Ecom content marketing calendar, which align with the overall brand-marketing calendar while also tie in with the EC platform activities.
    • Play as a key marketing contact window to keep daily communication with Ecommerce team and T-mall platform.
    • Work with the agency to plan and execute in-site content marketing activities such as livestreaming, KOL posts & videos etc. Lead the whole process from planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation. Build the brand/product preference, improve effectiveness and drive good quality traffic to Tmall flagship store.
    • Leverage global assets and local assets and well balance between the consistency and localization in content creation. Work with agency to develop all contents and keep tracking performance.
    • Work with agency and EC team to deliver good quality monthly novelty landing page. Give sufficient support and contribution to the T-mall page content.
    • Work with agency to plan and deliver the qualified social content in Tmall system (i.e. Brand Hub). Well manage the content generation for both daily routine and key Ecom activities such as 11/11, super brand day etc.
    • Coordinate and leverage all marketing resources, especially social/digital resources to increase store fans and drive sales.
    • Manage and challenge agencies when necessary to guarantee on quality of work and KPI delivery and yearly reviewing of agency performance.
    • Keep monitoring all Ecom activities results and KPI and make adjustments when necessary.
    • Monitoring industry trends, best practice and competitor activities.
    • Supervise Ecom content marketing budget plan & allocation and make every expense efficient.
    • Responsible for on time and accurate provision of commitment and payment request related to all Ecommerce content marketing projects.
          

Your ideal profile:

    • Minimum of 5 years’ Ecommerce content marketing. Working experience in Fashion, Apparel and/or Lingerie company is a plus.
    • Strong content marketing sense. Experience in brand marketing role is a plus.
    • Extensive experience with and deep understanding of mainly Alibaba and other major digital marketing platforms.
    • Solid capability to create Ecommerce content marketing strategy and plan.
    • Experience with social media and digital marketing is a plus.
    • Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills. Be good at working across team and drive things happen.
    • Proactive, practical and hands-on approach.
    • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
