Our Finance SSC Department located at the office in Warsaw (Poland) is looking for a highly motivated 


                    Factoring Coordinator (f/m) - 100%


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Daily management of factoring process and credit insurance program with the complex reconciliation and tracking process across Europe
  • Ensure accounting policy for factoring programs is followed
  • Timely and accurate perform of accounts reconciliation with supporting documentation
  • Substitute other Credit Department functions and performing other tasks indicted by direct supervisor
  • Direct cooperation with finance teams and auditors
  • Direct cooperation different stakeholders such as Treasury, Finance Teams, Factoring Entity, External Auditors, etc.

Your ideal profile:

  • At least Bachelor University degree in a field of e.g. finance, economics or comparable
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in factoring area
  • Accounting and reporting knowledge is a must have
  • Fluent English is a must have and knowledge of other European language (e.g. French) is a strong asset
  • Advanced knowledge of Ms Office (Excel, VBA) and SAP is required
  • Strong communication skills, accuracy and attention to details
  • Problem-solving, analytical ability and used to work with pressure and deadline
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
