Our HR Department in Warsaw (Poland) is looking immediately for a highly motivated


           HR SSC Operations Manager, East Region (f/m) (100 %)


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Be accountable for the service performance and operational efficiency and effectiveness of the local HR Shared Services team, processes and systems in the region East
  • Ensure that regional HR Operations services – HR administration and Payroll - are delivered in terms of timeliness, quality, budget and compliance
  • Manage the operational aspects of local payroll, core HR processes, administrative processes within the region and manage the performance of a team of HR Operations specialists
  • Implement global HR processes throughout the region and ensure compliance with global and local policies
  • Ensure coordination with the authorities and compliance
  • Running of the monthly payroll with due regard to legal, tariff, tax and social insurance regulations for employees in Poland and coordination of outsourced payroll activities
  • Act as the first point of contact locally for insurance and pensions and cooperate with the local HR Site Lead and the Holding to propose the best solutions for the company in terms of pension and insurances in line with our people strategy
  • Engage and lead the local HRSSC Team and act as a role model for team members, coaching and developing them, identifying talent and making sure the team has the correct skills to deliver a high quality service, meet objectives and reach their maximum potential

Your ideal profile:

  • At least Bachelor University degree in a field of HR or related discipline would be a strong advantage
  • 5 years+ of professional HR experience incl. administration and payroll field
  • 3 years of experience in running payroll ideally in SAP (PA and Payroll modules)
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and systems, particularly payroll and time management –related including Employee Benefits
  • People Management Experience
  • Demonstrable understanding of employment law in Poland is a must have
  • Experience of operating Payroll & Benefits incl. Pension in Poland ( other European Countries would be an advantage)
  • Ability to anticipate, identify, diagnose and resolve employee issues affecting business performance
  • Ability to handle confidential, sensitive information
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge is a must have, SAP would be a strong asset
  • Fluent English is a must have
  • Excellent project management skills with problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work proactively and independently
  • Advanced communication and organizational skills
  • Natural team player with a high level of assertiveness
  • Works well under pressure
