Our Business Development and Transformation Department in Warsaw (Poland) is looking immediately for a highly motivated

 

                              Solution Owner B2B Salesforce - Europe

 

As Solution Owner B2B CRM (Salesforce) you will be responsible for guiding the business success of the solution and collaborating with a cross-functional team across Europe, responsible for adoption (sales and customer service-team) & the general solution health. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Consulting across a broad range of business stakeholders to develop the solution roadmap and guide strategy and execution to maximize business value and performance via connected applications on Salesforce.com
  • Working with the team to estimate project timeframes, create project plans & set different delivery milestones for the projects
  • Creating business user stories with clear Acceptance Criteria
  • Undertaking research and analyzing business systems, identifying areas of growth and improvement
  • Improving standardization and adoption of common practices in the sales organization
  • Establishing and maintaining performance metrics for the solution objective and measuring against said metrics is critical
  • Being able to bring together a diverse stakeholder group, drive consensus and create joint understanding between the user groups

Your ideal profile:

  • BA degree in Business, economics, information systems or equivalent 
  • At least 3 years of experience in leading B2B CRM programs (Salesforce or MS Dynamics) 
  • Relevant experience gained in consumer goods industry
  • Project and change management experience     
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to influence others
  • Fluent English skills, German skills – advantage, Polish skills – nice to have
