Our E-Commerce Department at the HQ in Bad Zurzach (Switzerland) is looking immediately for a highly motivated 


              Digital Marketing Manager SEA (f/m) (100%)


In this role you will be a part of the digital marketing team within our E-Commerce organization that focuses on ensuring our brands Triumph® and sloggi® are well positioned online. The team is characterized by agility, flexibility, and innovation, has grown rapidly into the new challenges and more will come over the next years.

Reporting to the Head of Online Marketing E-Commerce, the primary responsibilities for this role are to manage the SEA and display retargeting campaigns, as well as the affiliate marketing activities for our 23 European Triumph® and sloggi® online shops.

 Roles & Responsibilities:

  • You will develop and execute a winning fully integrated SEA and display retargeting strategy for all European E-Commerce markets including campaign planning, budgeting, monitoring and optimization for ROI metrics
  • You will establish mutually beneficial relationships with affiliate partners while aligning with new product launches, overall business strategy and objectives
  • Generate thoughtful, actionable reports for internal stakeholders
  • Manage the workflow for continual testing, iteration, and learning
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, Digital Brand Marketing, and CRM team

 Your ideal profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field required, MBA is a plus
  • 1-2 years of hands-on performance online / digital marketing experience with a brand, a digital marketing agency or a major pure player preferably in consumer products industries
  • Proven track record in creating and delivering successful and cost-effective large-scale international SEA,  Display and Affiliate campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and proven ability to use data to derive campaign insights
  • Strong project management skills with a keen focus on key details and ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent English is a must have, German is a plus
  • Excellent Excel skills, Google Datastudio skills are a plus
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as a member of a high-performing team
  • Strong relationship management and organizational skills
