eCommerce Specialist / Executive
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, we are seeking a hands-on eCommerce Specialist / Executive to drive the fast-growing and evolving digital channel. The suitable candidate is consumer-driven and strives to achieve sales performance that leads to positive brand and commercial outcomes. The core focus for this role will be to drive the eCommerce sales channel as part of overall business plan and execute the eCommerce roadmap and strategy in conjunction with key stakeholders.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Implementation of the eCommerce roadmap & strategy
- Achievement of agreed monthly sales targets, revenue, volume and profitability
- Managing eCommerce trading calendar and partner with key stakeholders to ensure consistency and success of omni-channel experience for Triumph customers
- Project managing for UX optimisation and best practice.
- Upload all non-product and product related content onto the website.
- Providing tangible insights and analysis to the Commercial Director and Brand Marketing Manager on eCommerce operations and opportunities
About you
We are looking for a positive, collaborative and solutions-focused individual to join our Triumph team. To be considered, you will be able to demonstrate:
- Relevant qualifications with ideally 2+ years of experience in digital & eCommerce roles
- Strong commercial focus to deliver sales results and understanding of key P&L drivers
- Ability to develop and execute actionable insights from Google Analytics and Data Studio
- Solid understanding of eCommerce metrics and analytics data (customer segmentation, campaign analytics)
- Experience in SEO – Technical and on-page & in CRO including use of A/B and multi-variant testing tools (VWO/Google Optimise)
- Prior experience with Shopify Plus eCommerce platform will be highly regarded
