For our office in Munich / Germany we are searching for a highly motivated:


                   Traffic & Conversion Manager (f/m/d) – 100%


What You’ll do:

The purpose of the role is to develop and deliver tactical & strategic communication content data for sloggi Distance Retail Pure Player’s (e.g. Amazon, Zalando, AboutYou, Otto, Reich-online etc.) in order to increase traffic & conversion, to optimize and steer digital communication measures and to achieve given Strategic Business Plans and annual financial targets, in close collaboration with other relevant stakeholders.

 Key accountabilities include:

  • Support & drive the implementation of sloggi’s digital commerce Distance Retail Channel Strategy while aligning with overall business strategy and objectives
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders within the sloggi distance retailing environment
  • Handle regular reporting of activities and results as well as analyze and interpret data to uncover successes and opportunities that will assist in delivering objectives
  • Develop new reporting tools and improve upon existing reporting in partnership with interfaced like Marketing, Business Analysis, Sales and Key Accounts
  • Develop the traffic- & conversion-relevant master data content
  • Manage the key word-search/analysis and MKT-content input
  • Manage A+ content setup in close collaboration with Digital Marketing Manager
  • Monitor, steer & optimize marketing campaigns and results
  • Act as a single person of contact for Distance Retail customers 

What You’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field required, MBA is a plus
  • 2 years of related online marketing experience with a brand, a digital marketing agency or a major Distance Retail Pure Player preferably in consumer products industries
  • Experience with AMS and/or AMG, AVS  - must have - all internal programms for Amazon would be a plus
  • Experience in managing complex data
  • Advanced Excel skills – must have
  • Fluent English and German – must have
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Well organized, detail oriented and able to work independently
  • Team player, self-motivated with a positive attitude
