Our Corporate Finance Department in Bad Zurzach, (Switzerland) is looking immediately for a highly motivated

 

    Assistant Treasurer - Front Office & Financing (f/m) (100 %)

 

You will be responsible for all Front Office Treasury tasks, supporting and deputizing the Corporate Treasurer overseeing the Triumph’s global Treasury function

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Review and manage the short-term cash forecasting process to provide visibility on working capital requirements at company level. Develop best-practices and improve forecast accuracy by coordinating with various departments and teaching in-countries staff
  • Support the rollout of the pan-European factoring program. Drive negotiation and effective implementation of additional factoring programs, notably in Central Europe, the Nordics and Asia. 
  • Support Group Treasurer in various financing initiatives. Drive contractual negotiation and operational implementation.
  • Assist Group Treasurer and Senior Management to review and analyze refinancing requirements and options, incl. DCM
  • Support effective implementation of a pan-European cash-pool, including all Interco Loan & Deposit documentation, legal and tax
  • Review and support analysis for optimization of Capital Structures for affiliated companies, including financial modeling
  • Review existing global bank account structure, analyze local cash management requirements and make recommendation as to the appropriate cash management structures
  • Support the set-up of an In-House Bank
  • Support the regular review of the Risk Management framework: monitor FX exposures collections and reporting, monitor compliance with the Hedging Policies & Procedures
  • Provide support to business units on projects and initiatives such as working capital management, cash and liquidity management, as well as financing projects
  • Support the review and update of Treasury Policies & Procedures
  • Back-up of the Group Treasurer to represent the Treasury Department in the absence of the Group Treasurer and execute all duties pertaining to Treasurer’s office

 

Your ideal profile:

 

  • Bachelor degree gained in the field of Business Administration and Corporate Finance
  • MBA preferred, o/w Treasury certification (from an ACT Organization)
  • At least 10 years’ experience in Treasury at corporate level
  • Implementation of multiple factoring programs – must have
  • Experience in rolling-out a factoring program in Nordics countries is an advantage (DK, FI and SW)
  • Implementation of cash-flow forecasting and modeling – must have
  • Bank account management experience
  • Solid experience and knowledge in Corporate Finance and Capital Markets
  • Experience in international environment preferred
  • Microsoft Excel high proficiency, SAP experience a plus
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, German is an advantage
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to take initiatives, even with imperfect or partial information
  • Good team player, capable of detecting and leveraging individual team members' strengths
  • Proven leadership qualities, inspiring motivation and promoting a sense of trust
