Our Trade Marketing Department at the Taiwan office in Chongho Taiwan is looking immediately for a highly motivated

  

           Retail Marketing Specialist (f/m) (working 100%) 

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Retail Marketing Supervisor to complete daily task, support cross function per requested, and target to drive sales and increase brand value and awareness.
  • Working with the regional team to clearly understand and implement the Global Brand Guidelines for Channel/Retail Marketing
  • Localize, develop and implement channel marketing strategies across Taiwan that engage and inform consumers of our product offering and increase footfall
  • Develop creative and exciting initiatives to drive footfall, engage consumers and staff while visualizing the brand stories to their maximum potential in the spaces provided
  • Create support and education tools across all channels to ensure implementation can be delivered with ease by the teams on the shop floor each campaign – windows/splash/POSM
  • Planning and developing a process for each campaign launch to ensure timely printing, delivery and launch of marketing material, signing off channel proposals and managing multiple stakeholders across the business
  • Identifying commercial opportunities across the channel portfolio to generate increased sales within a designated and allocated space
  • Working with the local assortment team to ensure channel strategies are fully executed into the store through each campaign        

Job Requirements:

  • Three years’ experience in a retail/trade marketing role, within proven results in a client or agency environment.
  • Degree in marketing, communications or advertising is essential
  • Experience to execute and drive channel marketing initiatives
  • Creative development, Good communication skills
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment with ability to priorities and deliver in tight deadlines
  • Must be able to work autonomously as well as possess strong team spirit and have a bright and positive attitude
  • A drive for achieving results
