Roles & Responsibilities:

The purpose of the Regional Senior Graphic Designer is responsible to create design and campaign materials to support all Asian launch campaigns in the Marketing calendar on layouts/artworks, photo retouch, BTL materials, window guidelines, Retail Marketing tools, video materials, digital and social network materials for use in Great China and SEA countries. Other items might also include packaging, product tags and labels for Asia. You would be required to offer support and solution for countries’ implementation. Align with Global Retail and Brand strategies to create long term Retail Marketing tools to improve the brand perception and consumer’s shopping experience in line with the Brand CI.

The Senior Graphic Designer will report to the Senior Retail Marketing Manager Asia based in Hong Kong. The position is based at the corporate office in Hong Kong.

Apart from the direct manager, the Senior Graphic Designer will work closely with a number of functions and people across and outside the organization. These include:

  • The Brand & Marketing Teams
  • The Regional Store Design Department
  • The Regional Digital Teams
  • The Global Retail Marketing Teams
  • The Regional VM Teams
  • Country Retail & Marketing Teams
  • Agencies, renders and production house, photographers


Your ideal profile:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in design and advertising related profession
  • Experienced with retail/fashion brands will be advantageous. Agency professionals will also be considered
  • Good understanding of the underwear fashion market, retail techniques and in-store requirements
  • Experience in print production and digital output technology
  • Fast learning capabilities with drive and creative insights
  • Proactive, practical and hands-on approach
  • Well organized and attentive on preparing campaign guidelines
  • Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin) and very good command of English
  • Experienced with design software : In design, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effect (or similar video editing software)
  • Experience in video editing, content creation & production
  • Proven experience with designing beautiful presentations
  • Experience in 3D software is an advantage
  • Background in working cross-functionally with the capability to build strong and collaborative relationships
