Our Service and Training Department located at the Office in Hongkong is looking for a highly motivated  

                                                                      Head of Service and Training Asia  

Purpose of the Job:

The role is the functional lead across the Asia Pacific region on Service and Training focusing on retail operation under regional sales operation central team to device sales training strategy, framework and performance metrics; Design & develop product and service training content and implementation strategy; support key commercial and innovation launch; Build and manage service standard in order to elevate front-line Staff’s competency and productivity, therefore embodying Corporate ‘Service to Success’ vision  

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • [Sales training strategy & framework] Devise regional strategic training roadmap and framework; Plan, implement and manage a structural training program to entrench fundamental domain knowledge for front-line retail staff and to meet the needs of business and people development; work with Corporate functional lead to enhance Retail Academy assets via systematic translation and documentation of field knowledge and consumer feedbacks
  • [Content Development and launch support] work with corporate and regional functional lead and cluster/country field expert to extract domain knowledge and best practices; Design and develop best-in-class product & service training material that blends learning techniques and storytelling to provide a personal touch for our customer; Collaborate with brand and marketing team on latest concept and innovation launch to enable persuasion capability at retail level and drive brand penetration
  • [Delivery and performance management] Coordinate with regional brand and sales team on annual training strategy and tactics; ensure timely execution of new staff training to minimize attribution rate and activate sales contribution; work with Corporate Learning & Development leader to provide training toolkits, conduct train-the-trainer to enhance delivery quality; devise training performance metric and conduct cluster/country trainer performance tracking  
  • [Service standard and advocate program] Drive and manage service standard and KPIs (e.g. Mystery Shopper program/Net Promoter Score); consolidate cluster/country consumer service practices; participate in Corporate service design process and work with other functional head to provide service excellence to our consumer; induce and influence the wider-scope organization to become a consumer-centric & service-driven culture via advocacy program
  • [Organization & Culture] Build organizational capacity by collaborating with key Functions in Regional office and counterparts in countries with the aim to build a cross-border training community; Ensure best practices and lessons learned are shared across partnership; bring Passion Corporate Value to life; quick response to market dynamics and always act with positivity and entrepreneurship  

Your ideal Profile:

  • Min. 10 years experience in Learning and Development/Training/HR function
  • Min. 3 years regional role in retail service & training field with deep understanding in front line retail store operation
  • Proven experience in generating and delivering product and service education program with a strong consumer-focused approach
  • Knowledge of the textile/apparel/fashion industry would be an extreme advantage
  • Language: Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin (both Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese)
  • Education: Bachelor/ Master Degree
