About the Role

Provide support to the Leadership Team of ESEA and Senior Managers to achieve Development, Performance Management and Employee Engagement objectives by supporting the definition & implementation of the necessary people actions & interventions in the business area.

Drive the execution of the end-to-end HR lifecycle activities in the respective business area to support the company`s Mission, Vision and Strategy across 9 countries (VT, PH, IN, SL, MY, SG, AU, NZ, TH) and under the respect of the HR policies in Asia.

Provide expert advice on all matters relating to the development of the organization and executional capability of teams and individuals.

Lead a team of 6 local HRBP.


Key accountabilities will include:

  • First point of contact for Leadership Team and Senior Managers in the respective business area to drive and deliver high value HR support for ESEA, people and organizational capability, health & safety processes and policies, performance management, resourcing & talent management, employee engagement, development and reward
  • Coach business leaders on leadership behaviours and practices, employee communication, development and performance management strategies and tactics to promote engagement and a culture of continuous growth and development
  • Support with deployment of new global policies by engaging stakeholders, communicating and executing implementation actions within the respective business area
  • Work closely with the business in the annual budgeting and forecasting process of headcounts and personnel cost and provide expert advice on the structure of compensation & benefits and workforce planning
  • Lead the employee life cycle for AU/NZ


About you

We are looking for a positive, collaborative and solutions-focused individual to join our Triumph team. To be considered, you will be able to demonstrate:

Professional Experience

  • Broad generalist HR experience gained across a variety of businesses, markets, cultures
  • International HR experience (international HR projects and processes)
  • Operational & Strategic HR experience / Regional & Headquarter HR experience
  • Experience of leading organizational change projects

Education Requirements

  • Master’s degree Level in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • CIPD certification would be an advantage
