Our Wholesale DACH Department located at the office in Munich (Germany) is looking for a highly motivated 


                                       Digital Coordinator Wholesale DACH (f/m/d) (100%)


 Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating of digital processes between sales - marketing - customer service
  • Actively managing all updates in terms of the content of the banner exchange sales marketing
  • Informing about content changes
  • Actively fetching of monthly main topics from sales and marketing
  • Being responsible for newsletter management
  • Acting as a key user service for customers and for intern
  • Being in charge of managing trainings of digital tools
  • Functional mastering in the area of the upload and design programs
  • Further development and implementation of digital tools in the organization
  • Exchange and coordination with Business Development EU
  • Analysis of the applications effects

Your ideal profile:

  • Master degree or bachelor required
  • 2+ years of professional experience in digital field or sales with strong exposure to digital or comparable area
  • Solid supervisory / coordinating experience
  • Excellent Ms Office skills
  • At least basic SAP knowledge is a must have
  • Experience with Salesforce,, Wordpress is a strong asset
  • Thorough understanding of Wholesale
  • In depth Assortment knowledge and IT/controlling understanding
  • Fluent English and German is a must have
  • Structured and strong planning skills
  • Strong commercial mindset
  • Process driven
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
