Are you a business-process expert that understands business requirements and feels comfortable working in-between business and IT?

Do you want to be part of a very international team located in Munich?       

 Roles & Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for leading the efforts to understand business needs and identify how best to meet those needs, especially for large-scale programs with various brands/ business units involved in
  • You act as a functional expert and primary point of contact for business deriving digital requirements and required
  • You initiate the process for new demands with overall responsibility for steering the IT demand management process capabilities for Triumph and Triumph’s IT landscape
  • You develop and enhance relationships with key business stakeholders, actively manage their expectations & monitor satisfaction levels, drives innovation and acts as trusted advisor to further optimize operations
  • You address business demand by capturing digital technology requirements and ensure high level technology impact analysis is provided in alignment with Application Development
  • You provide key input for the creation and maintenance of overall IT Strategy for Digital

Your ideal profile:

  • Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial processes with strong footprint in digital sales channels, digital business models and ecommerce; supporting the management of relationships with internal business customers
  • Several years of industry or consulting experience in the IT environment
  • High exposure in retail & wholesale especially in the fashion / consumer goods industry highly appreciated
  • Strong experience in agile project methods, i.e. acting as a product owner
  • Fluent English is a must have, German / French is a plus
  • Strong business sense, eager to learn, enthusiastic, self-motivated and results oriented
  • Highly motivated, positive “can-do” attitude, self-directed and assertive
  • Team player with very good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
