Our Sales Department at our office in Milan – Segrate (Italy) is looking immediately for a highly motivated


                                                    Sales & Customer B2B Specialists

                                                    1 French and 1 Spanish speaker


The purpose of the roles is to proactively support and manage a portfolio of customers linked to B2B platform for Italian, Spanish and French markets, interacting with other departments involved in the B2B business.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Active central support for B2B customers in the South Europe for both brands Triumph and sloggi, focus on Italian, French and Spanish markets
  • Proactive engagement via phone with wholesale customers (multi-brand boutiques)
  • Promotional calendar creation and management together with marketing and digital
  • Newsletter creation, calendar setting and process management together with marketing and digital
  • Sales analysis of the customers’ business
  • Assortment analysis and products strategy on B2B aligned with Merchandising and Digital teams
  • Plan and sell promotional packages and or bargain/stock special deals
  • Processing and administration of the B2B portal with information support (e.g. newsletter)
  • Customers complaints analysis and handling aligned with Operations
  • Novelties selling strategy aligned with Digital, Marketing and Merchandising
  • Novelties and or Promo/Products group presentation to B2B customers
  • Interaction with Finance to support and solve B2B customers credit related issues

Your ideal profile:

  • University degree
  • You are proficient in English, Italian and French or Spanish
  • You have first experience gained customer centric environment (customer service, call center, etc.)
  • You put Client in the heart of your work
  • You are digital savvy
  • You are creative and proactive
  • You like proposing solutions
  • Teamwork is what you like
  • You are familiar with Excel
