                                                HR Share Service Center Specialist  (f/m) (working 100%)

Purpose of the job:

Proactively support the HR activities in the daily HR business to support the Company’s Mission, Vision and Strategy. Assure respect of company’s values and principles as well as the Code of conduct and the achievement of business objectives. Provide expert advice on all matters relating to the ongoing development of the organization and executional capability and deliver all HR services within a dedicated business area in support of business objectives. In addition ensure all HR policies, practices processes and systems are properly used in alignment with Global HR strategy and local requirements.

Provide first level HR support to the organization and manage requests according to HR processes

Flawless delivery of standardized HR processes

Be the central reference point for all HR policies, practices, processes, reporting and systems. Provide expertise and guidance for local legal requirements and regulations.

The individual measures to achieve the job target must be considered and realized in compliance of the legal regulations, especially of the safeguarding of the personnel data (according to local labor law) as well as under the consideration of all the relevant rules and regulations and the aspects of the "effectiveness" and "efficiency".

Optimum utilization and continuous development of the implemented processes and information and processing systems.


Human Resources Processing:

  • Creation of documents which are ready to sign (employment work contracts, employment agreements, transfer agreements, parental leave, contractual changes, termination agreements, dismissals, etc.)
  • Creation of employment references letters
  • Guidance for HR BP, employees and line managers in HR SSC related topics
  • Creation of various internal and external correspondence
  • Storage of personal file and other documents (physically and electronically)
  • Contact to external service providers (e.g. Migration office, etc.)
  • Process of employee events (e.g. cases of death, marriage, child birth, service year anniversary, retirement, etc.)

Payroll Accounting:

  • Monthly run of payroll with due regard to legal, tariff, tax and social insurance regulations (for different working time- and payroll modules)
  • Support with questions from employees regarding payroll topics
  • Guidance for HR Business Partners, employees and line managers in payroll topics
  • Master data management in the respective payroll system
  • Data maintenance of the time and travel management
  • Cooperation with various authorities and institutions (social security insurances, tax offices, etc.)
  • Creation of internal reporting
  • Maintenance of local payroll system (implement updates, etc.)

Time/ Absence Management:

  • Review and approval of time & travel management requests in line with local and global guidelines
  • Transfer of time & travel information into the local HR admin and payroll system for accurate time balance and payment calculations 


  • Provide regular or ad-hoc report on employee for internal (e.g. people review, pay review) or external (e.g. payroll, tax or insurance) purposes
  • Provide statistics to HR BPs and the Business as support for personnel related decisions or measures

Professional Experiences:

  • Broad generalist HR experience beneficial
  • Experienced in working in matrix organization
  • Understanding of HR processes and systems
  • Customer service experience beneficial
  • IT proficiency: Proficient in the use of MS Office, excellent Excel skills
  • English, is wished
  • Ability to communicate with various levels of management
  • Ability to prepare and maintain accurate records
  • Detail oriented and high level of follow through
  • Highly discreet
  • Good team player
  • Strong organizational skills
